1. Open System Settings → Keyboard → Text Input → Text Replacements
2. Click + to add new replacement
3. Replace: @@
4. With: [email protected]

Raycast Alternative

1. Open Raycast → Extensions → Snippets
2. Create new snippet with keyword @@
3. Set snippet to your email address

Now typing @@ anywhere instantly expands to your email!
